Marketing strategy:

When I first sign on a client, the first process is discussing their hopes and what they expect from me. This will then lead on to allow us to create a Social Media strategy, so this will be based around what the client wants, we will then work out how we will achieve this. I tend to review each clients marketing strategy monthly, sometimes more if I think a strategy isn’t working how I wanted it to. I am always thinking of new ways that we can upgrade your marketing strategy to make sure we are meeting your expectations.

Design process:

So for clients who want me to create each graphic for them, the design process starts from the second I sign a client on. So usually I will go through your page to see what your currently uploading, I will then create a plan on how the layout will be. This will then be sent to you for you to either confirm or suggest changes. All my plans look something like this:

All my plans are laid out the same way they would be on your Instagram page, so you can get an idea on how it will look once uploaded to your Instagram page. I always work ahead of timescale, for each client I create 3 weeks worth of content at once. As you can see on the above plan, I try to make a wide range of different types of graphics to keep your audience interested and allow them to get to know you! By doing this it provides value to your followers, which in the end will turn them into followers and paying clients.

Once I have sent the original plan to you, I will then begin creating graphics. I will then place the completed graphic on the week by week plan and then once the plan has been completed, I will then send it through to you where you can decide whether you want any graphics changed, or removed completely.

PLEASE NOTE – These are just example graphics, the graphics created for your page will be unique, based around your target audience and what you like. We will also create your own branding for your page with colours and fonts!

Upload time:

During our original discussion, we will discuss where your business is based. This will allow me to understand your time zone so I can decide the best time to upload your graphics to maximise the reach of each post.

Once we have decided the perfect time to upload to your page, we will then upload daily/however many times agreed per week, with a caption and 30 relevant hashtags. I believe hashtags are one of the KEY aspects to a post success, these are how your target audience are going to see your page so I spend hours per week creating a ‘Hashtag pack’ for each client that you can keep even after our contract is over!
