Instagram Vs Pinterest for business

I recently started a new series where I compare each social media sight. Today I’m going to be talking about Instagram VS Pinterest.

I have recently started using Pinterest for my business and I honestly think it’s an amazing site. Especially for business owners. In the near future I am going to start offering Pinterest services to my clients because I can see great potential with it and what it can do for your business. It’s a great way to drive traffic to your website.

For those of you who don’t know what Pinterest is, it’s basically a social media platform where you share pictures. It’s basically a picture search engine.

I would definitely say Pinterest has great potential but one of the down sides I have found with it, it’s abit more complex than Instagram is to grow.
On Instagram it’s soooo easy to grow and gain new followers and reach your target audience, whereas on Pinterest it’s abit harder and I would say patience is key with Pinterest, it takes time and persistence to grow so if you are going to use Pinterest definitely keep trying and keep going because it will 100% be worth it in the end.

Overall I think Instagram and Pinterest are both amazing sites and have some major differences which is why I would definitely suggest using Both within your social media strategy. I would definitely say give Pinterest a go and just keep trying, there’s no harm in posting on Pinterest and seeing what happens because it can be a great way to drive traffic to your website, production or services.
